Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da Batata:<\/p><p>Descasca a batata e corta-a em fatias finas.<\/p><p>Aquece um pouco de azeite numa frigideira e cozinha as fatias de batata at\u00e9 ficarem douradas e macias. Tempera com sal e pimenta a gosto.<\/p><p>2. Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do Frango:<\/p><p>Se o frango n\u00e3o estiver temperado, aquece um pouco de azeite numa frigideira, adiciona alho picado, p\u00e1prica e sumo de lim\u00e3o. Adiciona o frango desfiado e cozinha at\u00e9 aquecer e absorver os temperos.<\/p><p>3. Montagem do Wrap:<\/p><p>Espalha o molho de iogurte ou maionese sobre o wrap.<\/p><p>Adiciona uma camada de alface cortada, seguida das fatias de batata.<\/p><p>Coloca o frango desfiado temperado por cima.<\/p><p>Adiciona o tomate picado e a cebola roxa fatiada.<\/p><p>Se desejares, acrescenta o queijo ralado.<\/p><p>4.
