Dare to try this delicious recipe made with potato skins

INGREDIENTS

Thick Skin

  • 6 potatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of rosemary
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil

Yoghurt sauce:

  • 300g natural yoghurt
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • 20g of white wine vinegar
  • 40g Olive oil

METHOD

Thickly peel the potatoes

Mix the skins with the salt, pepper, rosemary, crushed garlic (without skin) and the olive oil

Put the skins on a tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200ÂșC
Yoghurt sauce

Finely chop the chives and set aside

Grate the garlic, set aside

Put the yoghurt, vinegar and olive oil in a bowl and mix

To finish, season with garlic, chives and salt

TIPS

– You can swap the chives for mint, coriander or parsley, or use all the herbs. – Adding lemon zest will give this dish a nice aroma. Give it a try!
