Miss Tata, the collective brand representing Portuguese potatoes, is going to be in the limelight tomorrow on the programme Masterchef, on RTP1.
Created by Porbatata, Associação da Batata de Portugal, to promote this star of Portuguese gastronomy, Miss Tata will be a leading figure in one of the challenges of the prestigious cookery contest, one of the greatest in the world.
“Participating in the programme MasterChef is an opportunity to reach more consumers and encourage people to eat a domestic product of renowned quality, produced throughout the country. Miss Tata represents Portuguese potatoes and is an incentive for Portuguese people to choose domestic, readily-available, really tasty products”, says Sérgio Ferreira, chairman of Porbatata.
Besides tonight’s episode, Miss Tata will also appear on MasterChef on 25th December, Christmas Day.
